James Novak

Neither my father nor my mother graduated high school. My father left school to work and help his family through the Great Depression. There was no doubt in my mother's mind that my brother and I would graduate from college. I earned a Bachelor's in Education, and later a Master's in Adult Education and Training, as education at the Master's level was a prerequisite for working and advancing in the career services field. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Art at UNC Charlotte to find a new career in retirement. Learning is a life long pursuit!
